Standard Service develops alliances with its customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with the entire design and construction experience. This not only means that Standard Services will deliver a high quality building, on time and on budget, but that customers will have complete confidence and peace of mind throughout the process of working with Standard Service, that all risks have been managed and all reasonable contingencies planned for.

Standard Service is proud to be a state of the art engineering company, established in the year 1980, offering diversified services in the fields of designing, development, fabrication, erection, civil and steel construction on turnkey basis.

Standard Service is increasingly recognized as reliable, aesthetically pleasing, energy efficient and cost-effective building alternatives. Standard Service specializes in the Design, Fabrication and Erection of Pre-engineered Steel Buildings. We also undertakes projects on turn-key basis, utilizing state-of-the-art design, engineering and manufacturing technologies, using CAD enabled design and computer controlled manufacturing to produce steel buildings conforming to the most stringent international quality standards.

Pre Engineered Buildings

Pre engineered buildings are factory-built buildings of steel that are shipped to site and bolted together. What distinguishes them from other buildings is that we also designs the building – a practice called design & build. This style of construction is ideally suited to industrial buildings and warehouses; it is cheap, very fast to erect, and can also be dismantled and moved to another site – more on that later. These structures are sometimes called ‘metal boxes’ or ‘tin sheds’ by laymen – they are essentially rectangular boxes enclosed in a skin of corrugated metal sheeting.

Light Gauge Steel Frame

Light gauge steel construction is very similar to wood framed construction in principle – the wooden framing members are replaced with thin steel sections. The steel sections used here are called cold formed sections, meaning that the sections are formed, or given shape at room temperature. This is in contrast to thicker hot rolled sections, that are shaped while the steel is molten hot. Cold formed steel is shaped by guiding thin sheets of steel through a series of rollers, each roller changing the shape very slightly, with the net result of converting a flat sheet of steel into a C or S-shaped section.

Structural Steel

Structural steel is a category of steel construction material that is produced with a particular cross section or shape, and some specified values of strength and chemical composition. Structural steel composition, strength, size, shape, strength, and storage are controlled in most advanced countries. The word structural steel includes a broad variety of low carbon and manganese steels that are used in great numbers for civil and marine engineering applications. Numerous structural steels also include minor quantities of significant additions of other elements like Nb, V, Ti and Al. These are called High Strength Low Alloy or micro-alloyed steels.

Business Details

Execution of construction projects through direct resources and JVs. For projects involving low rise, non-residential steel structures, Certified Builders of Mabani Steel LLC, an Al-Rajhi owned company based in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. As Certified Builders, the company delivers the capacity to supply heavy structures involving heavy duty cranes and mezzanine decking through overseas principals. For small scale projects involving design, fabrication and erection of steel structures, the company has local resources to execute such projects.
